The data collected on this website and all the modules that it contains, in accordance with the provisions of the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 about General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and complying with what is established on it, will be included in a file called “Energy_Angels_Network”, registered in The General Register of Data Protection and whose ownership belongs to INSTITUTO TECNOLÓGICO DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN, (hereinafter "Responsible of the File") with VAT number  G09226606.  

The purpose of this collection of personal data is to have the ability to identify the energy saving potential of manufacturing companies and then connect those companies with needs of energy efficiency improvement services with companies that provide those services, all within the Energy Angels Network, to make proposals that are of interest to both parties and coincident with the purpose of the file declared before the Data Protection Agency.  

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the Responsible of the File, at the email address info@itcl.es, by means of a written request accompanied by a copy of the ID Card. All this information is reported in compliance with European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Personal data will be only used to send you information about the Energy Angel's network. Your data will be kept as long as the Energy Angel's network will exist or until you decide to delete your Energy Angel account.
